ADVANCED PAYMENT SYSTEMS, INC. (APS) specializes in providing electronic payment processing accounts for the Collections Industry. We provide all types of processing accounts, including Credit and Debit Cards, ACH/Check by Phone, Web Payments, Remote Deposit, and much more. Our clients include some of the best known agencies in the country, most of which have been with us for many years. We also offer a variety of very unique protection and verification products that are specifically designed for Collection Agencies.
APS is a member of the ACA, and many of our clients come to us from the association. Your personal agent is FDCPA Certified, and will assist you with every aspect of your account, beginning with the initial approval, and continuing through set-up, and training. APS will then provide continuous monitoring of your account to minimize chargebacks, transaction down-grades, and other issues which, if not properly monitored and managed, can lead to significantly higher costs.
APS does not take a "one size fits all" approach in providing accounts. We have multiple providers and options to choose from, which allows us to place you in the program that best fits your circumstances. Not only do we provide accounts to large well established agencies, but also to small and start up agencies, as well. APS offers rates that are comparable to those paid by traditional retail-oriented businesses. If you are already taking cards as payment, we will lower your rates and save you thousands, or even tens of thousands of dollars in processing costs.
APS offers multiple processing options:

We also offer multiple options for "debtor-initiated" website payments. Options include a basic application via your website, online debt negotiation, and even Online Debt Negotiation with a lifelike "Avatar" acting as your Cloud Based Agent.
APS provides gross funding on your activity, meaning that if you process $100 today, you receive $100 in your bank's checking account in 2 business days. All fees are handled in a single debit at the beginning of the following month, making both daily and monthly reconciliations much easier for your accounting team.
We can deposit funds to an unlimited number of depository accounts, and debit fees from one or multiple operations accounts
There is generally No Reserve Account Required, unless there are issues with credit or processing history.
